Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 23, 2026
Last updated: May 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications, websites, and related services published by Innovio Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and all applications that link to this Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
We respect user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, or otherwise processed when users access or use our applications and related services.
Our applications are generally designed to operate with minimal data collection. Where an application does not require user accounts, analytics, advertising, payments, cloud sync, or server-side features, we do not intentionally collect personal information from users through that application.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on the specific application and its features, we may collect or process the following categories of information only when necessary for the application to function, to provide support, to comply with law, or to improve security and reliability:
- Information provided by the user: name, email address, support messages, feedback, or other information the user voluntarily sends to us.
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, diagnostic information, crash logs, performance data, and general usage information.
- App functionality data: information required for features selected by the user, such as saved preferences, local settings, calculation history, documents, files, or other app-specific content, where applicable.
- Purchase or subscription information: if an application offers paid features, we may receive limited transaction-related information from the app store or payment provider. We do not receive full payment card details.
- Advertising or analytics data: only if the specific application uses advertising, analytics, attribution, or similar SDKs. Such data may include advertising identifiers, approximate location, interaction data, diagnostics, or other information described by the relevant third-party provider.
3. Applications That Do Not Collect Personal Data
Some of our applications may not collect, transmit, sell, share, or store personal information at all. If a specific application works fully offline and does not include accounts, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud services, or server communication, then that application does not intentionally collect personal information from users.
Even in such cases, the app store, operating system, device manufacturer, or distribution platform may independently process certain technical or account-related data under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. How We Use Information
Where information is collected or processed, we may use it for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and improve our applications and services;
- to enable app functionality requested by the user;
- to respond to support requests, bug reports, or user inquiries;
- to monitor app reliability, diagnose crashes, and improve performance;
- to protect against fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unauthorized activity;
- to comply with legal obligations, app store requirements, and applicable policies;
- to process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, or entitlement checks, where applicable;
- to show or measure advertising, only where the specific application includes advertising technologies.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following grounds:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the application or service requested by the user.
- Consent: where the user has granted permission, such as for optional analytics, advertising, notifications, or device permissions.
- Legitimate interests: to maintain security, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and support app functionality, provided such interests are not overridden by user rights.
- Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal requests.
6. Device Permissions
Some applications may request access to device features such as storage, camera, microphone, notifications, location, Bluetooth, contacts, or network access. Permissions are requested only where needed for the relevant app feature.
Users can manage or revoke app permissions through their device settings. Revoking permissions may limit or disable some app functionality.
7. Local Storage
Applications may store information locally on the user’s device, such as settings, preferences, app state, saved content, or history. Local data generally remains on the user’s device unless the application clearly provides a cloud, sync, sharing, backup, export, support, or online feature.
Users can usually delete locally stored data by clearing app data in device settings or uninstalling the application.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors that help us operate applications, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payments, security, or other services, where applicable.
- App stores and platform providers: such as Google Play, Apple App Store, payment processors, or operating system providers, according to their own terms and privacy policies.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- User direction: when the user chooses to share, export, upload, sync, or otherwise transmit information using app functionality.
9. Third-Party Services
Some applications may use third-party SDKs, services, or platforms, such as app stores, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, advertising networks, cloud hosting services, authentication providers, or payment processors.
These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies. Users should review the privacy policies of any third-party services used by the specific application.
If a specific application uses third-party services, they may include some or all of the following, depending on the application:
- Google Play Services
- Google Play Billing
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google AdMob
- Other services specifically disclosed in the application or store listing
Remove any third-party service names that are not used by your specific application before publishing this policy.
10. Advertising
Some applications may display advertisements. If advertisements are used, advertising partners may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, app interactions, approximate location, and diagnostics to provide, personalize, limit, or measure ads, depending on user settings and applicable law.
If a specific application does not contain advertising, then this section does not apply to that application.
11. Analytics and Diagnostics
Some applications may use analytics or diagnostics tools to understand app performance, usage patterns, crashes, and technical issues. This information helps us improve stability, compatibility, and user experience.
If a specific application does not include analytics or diagnostics tools, then we do not intentionally collect analytics or crash data through that application.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our applications are not intended to be directed primarily to children under the age of 13, unless a specific application expressly states otherwise and is designed to comply with applicable children’s privacy laws.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent where required by law. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, they may contact us, and we will take reasonable steps to delete such information if required.
13. International Users
Our applications may be available in multiple countries. Information may be processed in the country where the user is located, where we operate, or where our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in the user’s jurisdiction.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
14. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Locally stored app data may remain on the user’s device until the user deletes it, clears app data, or uninstalls the application.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. User Rights and Choices
Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. Users may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise privacy rights, users may contact us using the contact details below. We may need to verify the request before responding.
17. California, EEA, UK, and Other Regional Disclosures
Where applicable, users in certain jurisdictions may have additional privacy rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws. These rights may include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, the right to correction, the right to data portability, and the right to opt out of certain processing activities.
We do not sell personal information as the term “sell” is commonly understood. If a specific application uses advertising or analytics technologies that may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable law, users may be provided with applicable opt-out controls where required.
18. Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of personal information that we hold, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational exceptions. If an application stores data only locally on the user’s device, we may not have access to that data, and the user can delete it by clearing app data or uninstalling the application.
Requests can be sent to: [email protected].
19. Links to Other Websites or Services
Applications may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, services, or content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services. Users should review the privacy policies of those third parties.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the application, store listing, website, or other appropriate means where required by law.
